Hannah Weston was fantastic, professional and friendly to help sort out all aspects of my repair. She had also been extremely helpful in my previous diagnostic visit after I hadn't been booked for the correct appointment.

Spoke to service advisor regarding our concern over the replacement / level of coolant/antifreeze on our 8 yr old Mini and left none the wiser regarding this concern. Mini appear to be very secretive and vague with information.

Car wasn't ready till last minute, then i drove off & had to return because the tyre pressure was too low. It had to go back into the workshop to be sorted which didn't take long but it was disappointing that it hadn't been checked.

My car had its MOT which I had chosen a stay while the test and repairs take place appointment as I live an hour drive from the garage. My car failed on 3 tires. Unfortunately the garage only had 2 in stock so I had to leave and come back next day

I was very upset that after agreeing the price 2 weeks prior to service 10 minutes after commencement I was told it would cost a further £100 (30% more than I had been quoted when booking) I felt that this should have been confirmed when booking.
