Car wasn't ready till last minute, then i drove off & had to return because the tyre pressure was too low. It had to go back into the workshop to be sorted which didn't take long but it was disappointing that it hadn't been checked.

My replacement (hire) car wasn't available. Also, Mini's labour charges are a liberty and the reason why I'll probably go elsewhere in future

My car had its MOT which I had chosen a stay while the test and repairs take place appointment as I live an hour drive from the garage. My car failed on 3 tires. Unfortunately the garage only had 2 in stock so I had to leave and come back next day

I was very upset that after agreeing the price 2 weeks prior to service 10 minutes after commencement I was told it would cost a further £100 (30% more than I had been quoted when booking) I felt that this should have been confirmed when booking.

I swapped MINI garages after my last service as I was disappointed with the service I had received there. The new garage was a breath of fresh air, kind, helpful and genuine staff who communicated and helped me throughout my experience.

Horrendous Car NOT repaired as promised. Massive breakdown on motorway where police had to come to assist due to my trauma. Car was not safe to drive. The same huge privkdm happened and this time it was very dangerous
